3.1 Scope of Services The specific services we provide will be outlined in a separate proposal, agreement, or service contract agreed upon between Digital Growth Fuel and the client prior to the commencement of work.
3.2 Service Delivery We will make every reasonable effort to deliver services within the agreed timelines. However, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including delays in receiving client materials, feedback, or approvals.
3.3 Revisions The number of revisions included in any project will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3.4 Third-Party Platforms Some of our services involve third-party platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, and funnel builders. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these platforms that may impact your campaigns or website.

5.1 Fees All service fees will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice for new or renewed engagements.
5.2 Payment Schedule Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:
5.3 Late Payments Invoices not paid within the due date may result in a pause or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances.
5.4 Refunds Due to the nature of digital marketing services, deposits and payments made for work already commenced are non-refundable. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5.5 Taxes Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to services rendered.
6.1 Our Work Product Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you (such as website designs, funnel pages, and creative assets) become your property. Until full payment is received, Digital Growth Fuel retains ownership of all work product.
6.2 Our Pre-Existing Assets Any tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, or methodologies we use that existed prior to or independent of your project remain the intellectual property of Digital Growth Fuel.
6.3 Your Content You retain full ownership of all content, logos, images, and materials you provide to us. By submitting these materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your services.
6.4 Portfolio Rights Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, client lists, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
Digital marketing results vary based on many factors including market conditions, competition, ad budgets, industry, and audience behavior. While we apply proven strategies and work diligently toward your goals, Digital Growth Fuel does not guarantee specific results, revenue figures, lead volumes, or return on investment. Any examples of results shared on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Growth Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Growth Fuel, its founder, team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11.1 By Client You may terminate your engagement with Digital Growth Fuel by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due and payable.
11.2 By Digital Growth Fuel We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
11.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work product for which full payment has been received. Confidentiality obligations and any outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
